APPLY a good working knowledge on commissioning and start up for oil and gas plants
IDENTIFY the design project planning and preparation including the concept of cost estimation such as budget components, estimation sheets, inventory and cost control
RECOGNIZE health, safety and environment principles as applied in oil and gas field start-up, commissioning and troubleshooting
REVIEW oil and gas field start-up management including the responsibilities, authorities, organizational structure, manpower and staffing
DESIGN an effective oil and gas field commissioning strategy and familiarize the mechanical integrity testing and pre-commissioning
CARRY OUT technical inspection and dynamic hydraulic testing and discuss the procedure on construction completion
EVALUATE the scope of machinery commissioning as well as the various types of oil and gas field equipment machinery, preparation of machines and compressor commissioning
IMPROVE start-up operations by designing a start-up plan for success, observing initial start-up activities and conducting start-up progress monitoring and control
INTRODUCE instrumentation and control systems in oil and gas field start-up and conduct performance trials
UNDERSTAND the project documentations and handover process
REVIEW and EMPLOY troubleshooting and problem-solving procedures and be able to implement change management using success measures in oil and gas field
